So we dispatch orders through various shipping partners as below (Depends on the product purchased)

• Indian Post
• Professional Courier
• Delhivery or Fedex

We usually dispatch the order within 24 to 48 Hours from the time of order received through any one of the above mentioned shipping partner. All the above shipping partner takes 6 to 7 working days for delivery. kindly request to contact us if it take more time than mentioned. Full assistance will be given to the customer to getting the package delivered to your door step.

• We don't ship on Sundays and on any other national holidays.
• We request to give your full address (door no, street, Area & pincode) clearly.
• We are not responsible for the delay in delivery happened due to lack of address or incorrect address.
• During times like Natural calamities, Political problem and Pandemic ,we are not responsible for the delay in delivery.

Once we dispatch the product from our end, we will lose the control over it. We will provide the tracking number to the customers, so that they can track their packages. In case of any issues with courier, customer use the provided tracking information to track their package status. However, we as shipper also can try to escalate from our end.
